Marlow Cricket Club is one of the leading clubs in Buckinghamshire, home to three Thames Valley League Sides, friendly cricket and a thriving colts section.
Marlow Tennis Club
Marlow Tennis Club has four all-weather recently resurfaced floodlit courts, the only purpose-built mini tennis zone in South Buckinghamshire, and its own clubhouse. The club has a thriving membership, an active social scene, and coaching for all levels. Run by Director of Tennis, Paul Davey, who has played on the international circuit, our comprehensive coaching programme covers those aged from 5 years to the UK’s top over 70 year old.The club fields teams (mens, ladies, mixed and junior) in the local Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Thames Valley and Burnham leagues and members compete in in-house and external tournaments. Marlow Hockey Club
Marlow Hockey Club celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2010. It boasts three ladies’ teams, five mens’ teams, numerous colts and junior teams and a thriving social community.
Marlow Striders Running Club operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Marlow Sports Club. We organise the Marlow Half Marathon, Marlow Duathlon and Marlow Sportiv. These events contribute to our charity fundraising for local good causes which currently amount to over £100,000.00
Marlow Riders is the home of road cycling in the Marlow and surrounding areas of South Bucks and Berkshire. The fast expanding club is based upon sociable cycling for all. They welcome all levels of cyclists to join in, and no one will be left behind. They also run the popular Marlow Red Kite Ride every September.
Marlow Football Club – Youth
Marlow FC – Youth is the section of Marlow FC responsible for providing football for juniors. Marlow Sports Club plays host to those from reception age (4-5) to Under 11. They are affiliated to the FA as Marlow FC Colts and recognised by the FA as a Chartered Standard – Community Club, the highest award you can achieve in youth football
Sir William Borlase’s School
Sir William Borlase’s Grammar School is a selective co-educational 11-18 school for around one thousand students, of which approximately 350 are in the Sixth Form. Borlase was founded in 1624 and is still on its original site, close to the centre of Marlow.
Marlow Netball Club
The Marlow Netball Club started in 2013 to provide a local netball club with quality coaching for the Marlow area. We aim to provide first class coaching and support for the members of the Club. Sessions open to both children and adults of all ages, including ‘back to netball’ sessions.
Marlow Mariners Softball Club
The Marlow Mariners Softball Club was set up in the Spring of 2013 and plays in the Windsor and Maidenhead District Mixed Softball League. Its easy, fun and sociable, and open to men and women aged over 16 years.
Friends of Marlow Sports Club
The Club is keen to build up a social membership section with the goal of providing a sense of belonging for those keen to be involved, but not necessarily take part in any of the sports on offer. This group continue to organise social occasions and events such as Good Friday lunches.
